Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress. She was the character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's White Chicks, Danielle Brooks on USA Network TV series Covert Affairs, The Dr. Amber Volakis for Fox House, and the House. Lura Grant can be seen featured on HBO Big Love. Francine Hanson has a role in AMC Mad Men. Anne Dudek's most famous role is that of Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 movie White Chicks. Also, she is well-known for her television roles as The Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was raised in Massachusetts. She attended Northwestern University, where her first performance as an actress was on stage was in a production called The Iphigenia Cycle. The production was staged in New York City, the production was withdrawn from Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award and American Theater Magazine profiled her as a promising young actress to watch. Dudek found roles on TV and in movies. A mother of two on the screen, the gifted actress got married to Matthew Heller from 2008 to 2016. Dudek was born on the streets of Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. In her early career she was a student in Northwestern University. During this period, she performed in numerous theater productions as well as performing on Broadway. In 2000, her performance as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group in Britain was her first appearance on television. She has also guest starred in a variety of other TV programs like Desperate, Housewives, How I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. She also portrayed Lucinda Barry in the first episode of Psych and later a schoolteacher who has a sexual relationship between one of her student on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek had her first appearance at House during its fourth season as Amber Volakis. Amber is among the Dr. Gregory House's forty candidates to be the permanent House team. She was a character throughout the year, before getting killed off in House's Heart & Head finale. Later, she would reappear in the episode Saviors in Season 5 as the character who was House's hallucination. Dudek continued to appear as House for the remainder of the series. Dudek was later seen on Big Love and Mad Men in recurring roles as Alby Grant's antagonistic spouses, Francine Hanson. Dudek was the first to make her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. She played Tiffany Wilson, the cruise-line proprietor in White Chicks (2004 comedy) as well as Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
